Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of LEAGUERS and members in using the services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the mobile application LEAGUERS (hereinafter referred to as "LEAGUERS") operated by Phalus (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- The apps and sites operated by the Operator are as follows:
a. Leaguers.co.kr
b. Mobile applications provided through smartphones and mobile communication devices
- Applying member: refers to a person who registers as a member by providing personal information to the Operator, enters into a service contract with the Operator, and is granted a member ID to use the Service, allowing them to view the list of Partner members posted on the mobile application or request services from Partner members.
- Partner member: refers to a person who registers as a member by providing personal information to the Operator, enters into a service contract with the Operator, and is granted a member ID to provide their documents and feedback information to applying members and receives compensation accordingly.
- Service: refers to all services provided by the Operator, including an anonymous-based essay feedback and document sharing between applying and partner members as well as any related tasks to those matters.
- No Show: refers to a case in which the partner member fail to complete the service within 5 minutes after the service end time, agreed upon in advance without prior notice.
- Contents: refers to various information provided by the Operator, Partner members, and applying members on the LEAGUERS mobile application, including the contents of various information or materials produced and distributed digitally, such as characters, symbols, sound, audio, images, and videos, for use on wired or wireless communication networks.
Article 3 (Interpretation of the Terms and Conditions)
When a member enters into an individual contract with the Operator to use the Service, the individual contract takes precedence over these terms and conditions.
Article 4 (Publication, Explanation, and Amendment of the Terms and Conditions)
- The Operator shall post on the initial service screen (front screen) the contents of these terms and conditions, the name of the Operator, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business, the business registration number, the communication sales business registration number, contact information, etc., in a way that members can easily understand. However, the content of the terms and conditions may be made available for members to view through a connected screen.
- Before a member agrees to the terms and conditions, the Operator must provide a separate connected screen or popup screen to help them understand important contents such as refund conditions and the member's obligations as specified in the terms and conditions.
- The Operator may amend these terms and conditions within the scope of not violating related laws and regulations.
- When the Operator revises the terms and conditions, they must indicate the date of application and the reason for the revision, along with the current terms and conditions, on the initial screen of the website.
